PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept all Major Credit Cards, Wiretransfers, Paypal and Checks.
If the payment is a ‘credit card’, the unit will only be shipped to the same address as the “bill to” address on the card.
Paypal transactions may be sent to alternate addresses.
TAX:
California residents are responsible for state tax unless a resale tax certificate is provided.
SHIPPING:
Shipping within USA: Buyer to pay shipping/handling, and insurance if desired. Shipping is non-refundable!
Without insurance, buyer is solely responsible for lost and/or damaged shipments.
International buyersresponsible for all shipping fees, duties, insurance and custom fees. Shipping is non-refundable!
Customs Value Declaration
We have an obligation under US law to make an accurate declaration of a shipment’s value on the customs form at the time of shipment. Please do not ask us to place a lower than actual value on the declaration.
Shipping on Customers Shipping Account
Signal Test will ship on your UPS, DHL, Fed Ex, or other account. Will only ship the item insured for the full value at your expense. All customs and import duties remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping through a Freight Forwarder
We will bear no responsibility for the shipments condition and warranty after its receipt by the Freight Forwarder.
Unfortunately we do not use USPS (United States Postal Service).
DAMAGES AND COMPLAINTS POLICY:
- The buyer should inspect the equipment upon delivery of package. If the unit received damage during shipping, or any discrepancy is otherwise noted, the buyer must photograph the package and contents as received and file a complaint with the shipping company and notify us within 2 business days of receipt. Failure to notify us within this time frame of any problems with the order, shall constitute acceptance.
- Seller will not be responsible for damage to uninsured shipments, caused during shipment.
RETURNS POLICY
All items comes with a five day, full return privilege after delivery. An instrument can be returned for any reason within the 5-Day Right-of-Return period for a refund, excluding shipping costs. A purchased item may only be returned with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. To obtain an RMA number, simply contact us either by phone, by FAX or by e-mail with details of the return. In any event, return freight is the responsibility of the buyer, and under no circumstances will we refund the original freight costs.
WARRANTY:
New products come with a full 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.
Used test equipment come with a limited warranty. The warranty depends on the product and it will be displayed on a quote.
Rental returns. Any damages to the rented test equipment, will be invoiced back to the customer. Customer is responsible for packing the equipment properly and using the original box. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance.
