Features
The Global Specialties Model 9004 is a unique 4-instrument-in-1 Test Station. The 9004 combines an RF Generator, Frequency counter, Function Generator and DC Power Supply into one bench-space-saving instrument. Global combined all of these features without compromising each individual instrument's operational integrity. The RF generator has an output of 100 KHz to 110 MHz and AM and FM modulation capabilities. The frequency counter is highly sensitive and has a maximum range of 100MHz with a 5 digit display. The function generator has an output range of 1Hz to 1MHz with multiple waveforms. The unit also includes a variable 32V @ 2A DC power supply with adjustable voltage and current limit.
